Karnali Development Bank to Re-auction Unsold Right Shares from July 1

Karnali Development Bank (KRBL) is set to re-auction 708,158 units of unclaimed right shares that went unsold during the first auction from July 1-8. The bank is auctioning 523,570 units of unclaimed promoter right shares and 184,588 units of general right shares to the general public.

The interested bidders can apply for a minimum of 100 units of shares at a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit.

The bank has appointed Prabhu Capital as its issue manager, thus, the bidders can bid for the auctioned shares from Prabhu Capital at Kamaladi, Kathmandu and various branches of Karnali Development Bank at Nepalgunj, Banke, Tulsipur, Ghorahi, Lamahi of Dang, Kohalpur of Banke and Gularia of Bardia. Moreover, the interested bidders can bid from Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Narayangadh, Surkhet and Dhangadi branch of Prabhu Bank Ltd.
