The interested bidders can apply for the shares from NIBL Ace Capital at Lazimpat and Laldurbar, Kathmandu, Lagankhel-Lalitpur, Chipledunga-Pokhara, Traffic Chowk-Butwal, Aadarsha Nagar-Birgunj and Golchha Chowk-Biratnagar and Surkhet, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh and Dhangadhi branch of Nepal Investment Bank.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units of general shares and 1,000 units of promoter shares and a maximum of all shares within NRB limit at a minimum price of Rs 100.
In the third quarter of the current FY, the company earned a net profit of Rs 435.7 million and has maintained EPS of Rs 13.21, net worth per share of Rs 186.55 and P/E ratio of 87.40.
