Support Microfinance's Net Profit Decreases 50%

The net profit of Support Microfinance (SMB) has decreased by 50 percent to Rs 2.2 million in the last FY compared to Rs 4.8 million of the previous FY.

The company was in loss of Rs 1.9 million during the third quarter of the last FY.

The company with Rs 60 million in paid-up capital has a reserve fund of Rs 0.9million. In the corresponding period of the previous FY, the company had the reserve fund of Rs 3.1 million.

The microfinance has a bad debt of 1.71 percent, EPS of Rs 3.78, net worth per share of Rs 111.28 and P/E ratio of 216.14 times.
