The meeting is supposed to endorse a term- loan proposal worth Rs 2.85 billion from Standard Chartered Bank to expand its PET Line. Moreover, the meeting will approve various financial reports of the last FY and appoint auditor for the current FY.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from September 18- October 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 17 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
