Mandakini Hydropower (MHPL) has called out its 4th and 5th AGM on October 5. The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 4 decided to call the AGM in Indreni Foodland, New Baneshwor at 3:00 PM.
The meeting is supposed to hold discussion on merger of acquisition of Excelling Investment. Moreover, the meeting will endorse a proposal on IPO issuance to locals of affected area and general investors along with other regular proposals.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
