The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 17.70 percent stock and 0.93 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. The meeting will also approve proposals of amending MoA to increase issued capital and paid-up capital and delegate authority to the BOD to seek potential merger and acquisition partners.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on October 2-14, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
