The board of directors meeting held on October 1 decided to propose 10 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend in its upcoming AGM on October 25. The company is conducting its 7th AGM in Celebration Height, Sukedhara at 11:00 AM.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on October 11, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The AGM is supposed to hold the discussion on acquiring Sanima Hydropower Company and delegate authority to BOD to forward the procedure regarding the acquisition.
