The company is conducting the AGMs in Amritbhog Party Palace, Kalikasthan at 1:00 PM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse all sort of regular proposals. However, the company has not mentioned of endorsing previously announced 120 percent bonus share proposal.
As per the information obtained by Merolagani, the earlier announced 120 percent bonus share proposal has been postponed till another AGM after scrapped by Insurance Board citing faulty financial reports.
The company closed its book on September 21 to October 5, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 20 are eligible to attend the AGM.
