Net profit of Manjushree Finance Increases

The net profit of Manjushree Finance (MFIL) has exceeded Rs 10 million marks in the first quarter of the current FY. The bank that earned Rs 6.6 million in the first quarter of the last FY increased the profit by 61.42 percent to Rs 10.6 million in the review period of the current FY.

The company with Rs 804 million in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 67.7 million. In the review period, the company collected deposit of Rs 6.34 billion and extended loan of Rs 5.46 billion.

Similarly, the company earned a net interest income of Rs 47.1 million which was Rs 29.3 million in the last FY. During the period, the company maintained bad debt ratio of 2.31 percent, EPS of Rs 5.31, net worth per share of Rs 108.43 and P/E ratio of 24.67 times.
