Citizen Investment is closing its book on December 2 for the AGM purpose, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 29 (the last trading day before book close ) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the dividend announced by the company.
The company has called out its 23rd AGM on December 21 in Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The meeting is scheduled to approve a proposal of distributing 22.06 percent stock and 1.16 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. The meeting will also approve financial reports of the last FY and elect one director from the promoter and general shareholders each.
Similarly, National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha is closing its book from December 1 to December 14, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 29 (the last trading day before its book close) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company has called out its 5th AGM on December 14 in R.K. Banquet, Dhadingbesi, Dhading at 10:30 AM. The AGM is subjected to endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent stock and 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve the financial reports, delegate authority to BOD for required adjustments and appoint auditor for the current FY.
Likewise, Shree Investment is closing its book on December 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 29 (the last trading day before its book close) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 24th AGM on December 17 in Russian Culture Centre, Kamalpokhari at 10:00 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8.77 percent cash and 1.23 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
