Diprosc Laghubitta (DDBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 234th board of directors meeting of the company held on November 28 decided to propose 20 percent dividend including 10 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In the previous FY, the company distributed 31 percent dividend including 16 percent stock and 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
