Nadep Laghubtta (NADEP) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 87th board of directors of the company held on November 28 decided to propose 30 percent stock dividend and cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
The company will distribute bonus share worth Rs 48 million and Rs 252,6345.79 in cash dividend for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
The gold and silver price have increased on March 8.
