Kumari Bank Announces Dividend of FY 2073/74

Kumari Bank (KBL) has announced a dividend of the previous FY 2073/74. The board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 2 decided to propose 12.75 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.

The bank is yet to announce a dividend of the last FY 2074/75. In the FY 2072/73, the bank distributed 21 percent stock and 1.10 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.

The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
