The bank decided to propose 5.263 percent dividend including 3.628 percent stock dividend worth Rs 291.4 million and 1.635 percent cash dividend worth Rs 131.3 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
In the previous FY, the bank distributed 16 percent stock and 0.85 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
