Himalayan Bank (HBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 364th board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 18 decided to propose 15.7895 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank proposed of distributing 15.7895 percent dividend including 5 percent stock and 10.7895 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
The gold and silver price have increased on March 8.
