The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 14.20 percent cash dividend worth Rs 380.5 million to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to identify potential merger or acquisition partner.
The bank is closing its book from December 26 to January 10, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
