Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has called out its AGM on January 13. The 76th board of directors meeting of the company held on December 21 decided to call the AGM in its head office at Dubahi, Sunsari at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent cash dividend worth Rs 60 million and 25 percent stock dividend worth Rs 75 million to its shareholders.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 300.1 million that will reach Rs 375.5 million after the bonus share distribution.
Similarly, NMB Microfinance Company is conducting its AGM on January 13 in White House Party Palace, Srijana Chowk, Pokhara, Kaski at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 0.789 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to the shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve a proposal of issuing 1:1 right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution. The AGM will amend its article of association and policies and rebrand the company as 'NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited'.
Likewise, RSDC Laghubitta BIttiya Sanstha (RSDC) is conducting its 5th AGM on January 13 in Asian Hotel, Kalikanagar, Butwal, Rupandehi at 9:00 AM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also amend its article of association and delegate authority to BOD to carry out legal procedure as per the directive of regulatory bodies.
