Kabeli Bikas and Shrijana Finance are closing their book on December 28 while Api is closing its book on December 30, thus, the shareholders registered in their respective books till December 27, the last trading day before book close, will be eligible to attend their AGMs and obtain the announced dividend.
Kabeli BIkas Bank is conducting its 11th AGM on January 12 in Hotel Chip and Best, Dhankuta at 12:30 PM. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 35 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
Presently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 210.5 million that will reach Rs 284.2 million after the bonus share distribution.
Similary, Shrijana Finance is conducting its 18th AGM on January 12 in Conference Hall of Morang Chamber of Commerce, Biratnagar at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 9.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing 60 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
Likewise, Api Power Company is conducting its 15th AGM in Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
