Goodwill Finance has announced dividend of the last FY. The 324th board of directors meeting of the company held on December 26 decided to propose 5.263 percent cash dividend.
The company will distribute Rs 42,105,263.16 in cash dividend to its shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
