The bank will distribute 15.05 percent cash and 6 percent stock dividend. Moreover, the bank has proposed of providing 6 percent cash dividend to Nepal Government for its preference share in the bank.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
