Reliance Finance (RLFL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 222nd board of directors meeting of the company held on March 10 decided of distributing 2.63 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The purposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
In the previous FY, the company proposed of distributing 12 percent stock and 0.63 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The stock market which remained close from September 9 due to Gen Z movement is set to open on September 17.
