Shree Ram Sugar Mills (SRS) has called out its 24th AGM on April 11. The board of directors meeting of the company held on March 18 decided to call the AGM in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will elect a director each from independent and promoter shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve financial report of the last FY as well as appoint auditor for the current FY.
The gold and silver price have gained for second day on April 16.
