The bank will distribute 2 percent stock dividend worth Rs 165.009 million and 4.5 percent cash dividend worth Rs 371.27 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
In the previous FY, the bank distributed 10 percent dividend including 5 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend.
