Progressive Finance to Auction Unsold Right Shares for 3rd Time

Progressive Finance (PROFL) is set to auction 667,305 units of unsold right shares from April 3 for the third time. The company is auctioning the ordinary right shares that went unsold during its second auction. The auction will close on April 11.

The company has appointed Sunrise Capital as its issue manager. The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 general shares at a minimum price of Rs 100.

The interested bidders can bid for the shares from Sunrise Capital at Kamalpokhari-Kathmandu and Biratnagar, BIrgunj, Butwal, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch at Sunrise Bank.

Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 210 million that will reach Rs 800 million after capitalization of the right issue.

Net Profit of Civil  Bank Decreases by 35%

The net profit of Civil Bank (CBL) has decreased by 35.40 percent in the fourth quarter of the last FY. The bank earned a net profit of Rs 457 million in the review period compared to Rs 700.7 million of the corresponding period of the previous FY.
