Shivam Cement (SHIVM) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 56th board of directors meeting of the company held on March 27 decided to propose 15.78 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute Rs 694.738 million in cash dividend including tax to the shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM.
The gold and silver price have increased on March 8.
