Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Announces Dividend

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the bank held on April 7 decided to propose 9.5 percent dividend to its shareholders.

The bank will distribute 1.5 percent stock worth Rs 37.5 million and 8 percent cash dividend worth Rs 200 million to the shareholders.

The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM. Presently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.50 billion that will reach Rs 2.54 billion after the bonus share distribution.
