The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 3.57 percent stock dividend of the paid-up capital of Rs 577.9 million maintained after 100 percent right shares of the FY 2073/74 and 1.24 percent stock dividend of the paid-up capital of Rs 809 million maintained after 40 percent right issue of the FY 2074/75.
The company is also distributing cash dividend of Rs 2 million for tax purpose of stock dividends of both FYs. The meeting will discuss the acquisition process with Nepal Investment Bank.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book on April 18, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 17will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
