Rasuwagadhi and Sanjen Jalvidhyt to close IPO today

Rasuwagadhi Hydropower (RHCL) and Sanjen Jalvidhyut Company (SJCL) are closing their IPO today. Both companies, which are taken under the ambitious government project 'Peoples Hydropower Program, started issuing IPO on April 19.

As per issue manager, Citizen Investment Trust, the IPO of Sanjen Jalvidhyut has been oversubscribed by 1.62 times till April 22, 5:00 PM.  A total of 158,573 applicants have applied for 8,085,350 units of shares. The company issued 4,982,250 units of shares to the public.

Similarly, as per Siddhartha Capital, issue manager of Rasuwagadhi Hydropower, the IPO has been oversubscribed by 1.06 times til April 22, 5:00 PM. A total of 152,725 applicants have applied for 9,906,450 units of shares. The company issued 9,339,467 units of shares to the general public.   

The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 5,000 units of shares in both IPOs. They can apply for the shares from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and through meroshare software.
