The huge increase in net profit is attributed to recovery of bad debt of Rs 80.8 million. However, the company occurred operating loss of Rs 1.2 million.
The company with Rs 867.9 million in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 352 million.
During the third quarter, the bank collected deposit of Rs 5.82 billion, borrowed Rs 150 million and extended loan of Rs 5.15 billion. Similarly, it earned a net interest income of Rs 116.2 million compared to Rs 133.5 million of the review period of the last FY.
The company has bad debt ratio of 4.89 percent, EPS of Rs 9.73, net worth per share of Rs 140.56 and P/E ratio of 11.37 times.
