The company is auctioning 278 promoter and 7,617 units of general right shares. The interested bidders can bid for minimum of 100 units of shares at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as its issue manager. After capitalization of the right issue, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 88.2 million.
