According to the issue manager, 18,558 applicants have been provided 10 units of shares, while, 7 applicants were provided 11 units of shares through lottery. The allotment was conducted as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Bylaws.
The IPO was oversubscribed by 32.50 times. A total of 327,447 applicants have sought 6,161,770 units of shares worth Rs 606.1 million. Out of which, 230 applicants seeking 6,340 units of shares were cancelled due to faulty application.
Out of 198,610 units offered shares, Swabhiman Laghubitta issued 185,587 units of shares to general public after allocating shares to mutual funds and employees.
Currently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 42 million that will reach Rs 61.8 million after the IPO.
