Taragaun Regency Hotels Increases Net Profit

Taragaun Regency Hotels (TRH) has logged net profit of Rs 3.6 million in the third quarter of the current FY. in the corresponding period of the last FY, the company logged net profit of Rs 3.5 million.

The company with Rs 1.88 billion in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 777.7 million. The reserve fund increased by Rs 361.8 million in the review period compared to that of the last FY.

The company post EPS of Rs 25.20, net worth per share of Rs 146.77 and P/E ratio of 9.44 times.

The revenue from operations increased by Rs 129 million to Rs 1.04 billion while its other business income has reached Rs 119.4 million during the period.

Similarly, it spent Rs 294.6 million in cost of sales, Rs 328 million in administrative and general expenses, Rs 99.2 million in depreciation and Rs 85.870 in other operating expenses.

Taragaun Regency Hotels is conducting its 22nd AGM on June 7 in Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi at 11:00 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12.63 percent cash dividend worth Rs 228.3

For the AGM, the company is closing its book on May 17, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 16, will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
