NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 125.89 with a base average price of Rs 150.95.

The company is endorsing a proposal of distributing 12 percent stock and 0.63 percent cash dividend for tax purpose for the FY 2073/074 through the meeting. Moreover, the meeting will also endorse a proposal of distributing 2.63 percent cash dividend of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share of FY 2073/74 for the FY 2074/75.
