The company will distribute 34.4626 percent stock and 35.5373 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from IB and its upcoming AGM.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.49 billion that will reach above Rs 2 billion after the distribution of the stock dividend.
