The interested BFIs and insurance companies can bid for the shares till the office of today. The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares at a minimum price of Rs 2,500.
The bidders must submit registration certificate of company, tax registration, BOD decision of purchasing the shares and customer identification details for opening account in member broker.
The bid can be placed from Global IME Capital at Jamal-Kathmandu, Premier Insurance at Naxal, Birtamod, Janakpur, Biratnagar, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Pokhara, Butwal, Birgunj, Baglung, Dang, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadhi and Mahendranagar branch of Global IME Bank.
The share purchaser will be eligible to obtain the announced dividend by CIT.
