Nepal Investment Bank is conducting the SGM on June 21 in Nepal Academy, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 10 AM while Jebils Finance is conducting the SGM on the same day in Kalimati Banquet, Kalimati, Kathmandu at 10 AM .
Both institutions have listed the proposal of acquisition of Jebils Finance by Nepal Investment Bank as the main agenda of the meeting. Moreover, the SGM will endorse Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Due Diligence Audit (DDA) for the acquisiton.
In this regard, Nepal Investment Bank is closing its book on June 12 while Jebils will close its book on June 10, thus the shareholders registered in their respective book a day before the book close date will be eligible to attend the SGM.
