Thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 10-19 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 11th AGM on June 26 at Company Registrar Office, Biratnagar. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing stock dividend worth Rs 135.8 million and cash dividend worth Rs 7.1 million.
After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.26 billion.
