The last trade price of the stock was Rs 560 on June 10. The company closed its book today for its upcoming AGM on June 26.
The company is conducting its 11th AGM on June 26 at Company Registrar Office, Biratnagar. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing stock dividend worth Rs 135.8 million and cash dividend worth Rs 7.1 million.
After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.26 billion.
