SEBON Okays 3rd Mutual Fund of NMB Capital

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved third mutual fund of NMB Capital, a subsidiary company of NMB Bank.

According to the capital, the board approved 'NMB 50' that is set to issue 120 million mutual fund units worth Rs 1.20 billion at a face value of Rs 10 on June 12.

Following the approval, NMB Capital will issue 'NMB 50' with next two months. 'NMB 50' a close ended mutual fund will mature in 7 years.

Apart from the upcoming mutual fund, NMB Capital currently is operating 5 yearly NMB Sulav Investment Fund 1, 7 yearly NMB Hybrid Fund L1 and NMB Sulav Investment Fund.
