Butwal Power Company has acquired 885,960 units share of 282 MW Marshyangdi Hydropower Company. According to the company, it acquired overall shares owned by Rajratna Energy Holding and Marshyangdi Power Company.
The company informed NEPSE and CDS and Clearing regarding the acquisition.
Reliance Spinning Mills has allotted recently issued an initial public offering (IPO), issued to the general public, on January 2.
