Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Company was set to conduct its 11th AGM today in the premises of Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The meeting was scheduled to endorse its financial report and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
In this regard, the company closed its book on June 4.
