NCC Bank Announces Dividend

NCC Bank has announced dividend of the last FY. The 752^nd board of directors meeting of the bank held on July 7 decided to propose 15.89 percent stock and 0.83 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

The bank will distribute bonus share worth Rs 1.11 billion and cash dividend worth Rs 57.6 million for tax purpose.

The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.

After the bonus share approval, the paid-up capital of the bank will exceed Rs 8 billion.

Stock Market to Open on Wednesday
