The bank will distribute bonus share worth Rs 1.11 billion and cash dividend worth Rs 57.6 million for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
After the bonus share approval, the paid-up capital of the bank will exceed Rs 8 billion.
