The company is issuing 132,600 units of ordinary share to the general public.
Out of the total offered shares, the company allocated 1,380 units to employees and 6,630 units to mutual funds. The general public can apply for remaining 124,590 units of shares.
The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as its issue manager. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 1,000 units of shares.
After the IPO, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 27.6 million.
