Previously, in the AGM conducted on June 26, 13 shareholders filed nomination for the election of 4 directors. Among 13 candidates, the nomination of Goshai KC was canceled.
Then after, Goshai KC filed a writ petition against the company in Patan High Court on the ground of absence of female seat in the board of director.
Now, the election will be postponed until the article of association of the company designates a seat for a female director in its BOD.
