In the previous FY, the company earned Rs 247.6 million in net profit. However, it required to maintain various reserve and provisions under the format of Nepal Financial Report System (NFRS) as per IB.
Although the company is not distributing any dividend, it is issuing 60 percent right shares in a bid to meet the minimum paid-up capital.
