The company is auctioning 90,571 units of promoter right shares that went unsold during its first auction.
The interested eligible investors can bid for the shares from Laxmi Capital Market, issue manager at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The bidders can apply for a minimum of 1,000 to maximum of all shares under IB limit.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 594 million that will reach Rs 891 million after capitalization of 50 percent right issue.
