NCC Bank Calls Out 2 AGMs on Same Day

NCC Bank (NCCB) has called out 19th and 20th AGM on September 9 in Rastriya Sabha Griha at 11:00 AM.

The AGM is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 15.89 percent bonus share worth Rs 11.1 million and cash dividend of 0.83 percent to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners, appoint evaluator for DDA and forward the procedure of appointing foreign strategic partner.

The AGM will also endorse a proposal of adding rendering brokerage services through establishing subsidiary company and to issue further public offering (FPO) in its article of association. The meeting will elect three directors each from promoter and ordinary shareholders.

For the AGM, the bank is closing its book on August 11, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.

Presently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 7.01 billion that will reach Rs 8.13 billion after the bonus share distribution.
