Ganapati Microfinance (GMFBS) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 56th board of directors meeting of the company held on August 20 decided proposes 7.3684 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 7 percent stock dividend worth Rs 7.2 million and 0.3684 percent cash dividend worth Rs 381,000 for tax proposes.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Salapa Bikas Bank has allotted recently issued initial public offering (IPO) to the general public on January 9.
