As per the agreement, the capital will function as debenture trustee and issue manager of “Sunrise Debenture 2083”.
Out of the total debenture, the bank will issue debenture worth Rs 1.20 billion to ordinary shareholders. The remaining debenture worth Rs 1.80 billion will be financed privately. The debenture will yield 10.25 percent interest paid semi-annually.
