The stock exchange listed 10,992,321.62 units bonus share of Nepal Life and 1,650,092.47 units bonus share of Century Commercial Bank.
Nepal Life endorsed 48.50 percent dividend including 25 percent stock and 23.50 percent cash dividend for the FY 2074/75 from its 19th AGM held on May 18.
Similarly, Century Commercial Bank endorsed a proposal of distributing 2 percent stock and 4.50 percent cash dividend through its 8th AGM held on April 25.
The bonus share is receivable by the shareholders registered in Nepal Life Insurance’s book till May 1 and in Century Commercial Bank’s book till April 11.
